Green-Wood is excited to announce that our friends and neighbors at Sole Cafe will be serving coffee at The Green-House at Green-Wood every Friday through Sunday, from 10am to 4pm.
We’re delighted to welcome a little piece of Sole to Green-Wood. Stop by for a cup before a walk through the grounds, while visiting the Green-House, or simply because you’re in the neighborhood and can’t get enough of their coffee.
ABOUT SOLE CAFE
Sole Cafe was born in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, from a simple idea: create the kind of coffee shop we always wanted in our own neighborhood — welcoming, thoughtful, and rooted in community.
Founded by Daniel Mentado, a born-and-raised Sunset Park local, Sole is a reflection of the neighborhood that shaped him. Together with his partner, Melissa, they’ve built Sole around great coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a space where neighbors can connect.
For Daniel and Melissa, Sole has always been about more than what’s in the cup. From our Saturday run club and local collaborations to art, food, and community events, we want Sole to feel like something that belongs to Sunset Park and grows alongside it.
We’re excited to bring a little piece of Sole to the Green-House at Green-Wood and welcome both longtime neighbors and new faces for a coffee.
