"Pave the Way" Curbstone Inscription Submission

Inscription Details

Each curbstone will bear an inscribed plaque. The plaque can accommodate 5 lines of text, 25 characters each (including spaces and punctuation). You do not need to use all lines. The font size and weight are standard across plaques; different font sizes, bold, italics, underlining, and all caps are not permitted.

Here’s an example, which uses four lines:

Acknowledgement (required):
I acknowledge that I have proofread my inscription and agree to have it produced as I have entered it on this form. I understand that once I submit the inscription, Green-Wood will place the order unless there are issues with what I have submitted that need to be addressed.
