As we continue to expand popular definitions and understandings of what love can be, Rooftop Films presents a series of shorts that present love in all its messy forms. A woman ruminates wistfully on life after a great love, an advertisement for the next trendy wedding accessory turns sinister, two friends explore tenderness and devotion within a platonic relationship, and a struggling married couple reconnect over a shocking moment of violence.
The films in this lineup bear witness and help us come to terms with all the confounding emotions involved in modern love. Join us at Green-Wood for a collection of short films about l’amour.
