After Hours Picnic (Members Only)

Before Purchasing Your Ticket, Please Note: 

• Concessions: Picnics are encouraged, but no coolers or alcoholic beverages are permitted. Bags will be checked at the main entrance before admittance.  
• Tickets: There is no need to print tickets! Attendees will be checked in by name. 
• Where To Go: Check-in will begin at 7pm by the Gothic Arch at the Main Entrance on Fifth Avenue and 25th Street (500 25th Street). 
• Accessibility and Safety: This event takes place in the dark. We strongly encourage attendees to wear suitable footwear and bring flashlights. This event will be a short walk from the Main Entrance, and the terrain may be hilly and uneven. A vehicle will be available to transport those who need assistance getting to the site, but arrangements should be made in advance. • Parking: There is no on-site parking available. 
• Refunds and exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable (unless the event is canceled by Green-Wood) and cannot be exchanged for a different program. If a rain date is scheduled, tickets will be honored only on that date. 
• Inclement Weather Policy: We monitor weather conditions throughout the day for the best chance of proceeding with the event, and will not make a final decision until approximately 3 hours before the start of the event. Cancellations will be announced via Eventbrite email blasts, so check your email and spam folders.
