DESCRIPTION: \nSuit up in protective gear (we’ll provide) and join our Head Beekeeper\, Nick Hoefly\, in opening and examining beehives. You’ll “tour” the various components of these beehives and hear the story of how our bees are cared for and how they live. Spots are limited to 20 attendees\, so don’t miss out! \n \nThis event is intended for adults\, but kids ten years of age and older may attend with a parent (both require tickets\, no special kids pricing)\, unattended minors may not participate. Please notify us if you intend to bring your child. This tour may not be suitable for people with bee sting allergies. Signing a safety and liability waiver is required for participation; kids must have a parent sign.  \n \n$25 for non-members / $20 for members of Green-Wood and BHS\, as well as current beehive sponsors \n \nCurrent 2019 Beehive Sponsors\, please call John Connolly at (718)210-3073 to get your discounted tickets (limit 2 per sponsor). Not a Beehive Sponsor\, but want to become one? Click here! \n \nLocation: Meet by the Gothic archway at our main entrance (5th Ave at 25th Street) to check in.
