DESCRIPTION:Before our gates open to the public\, this early morning walking tour provides exclusive access to discover the many birds that call Green-Wood home\, at least temporarily.  \n\n\n\nStop by this fall and you will see a variety of species passing through. By September\, the offspring of summer’s nesting birds will be on their own. Returning warblers will be in their less flamboyant fall plumage. Catch a glimpse of spot blackbirds\, flycatchers\, sparrows\, vireos\, and swallows on the move. By October\, be on the lookout for returning waterfowl and raptors heading south. And by November\, overwintering feathered denizens return from the north.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrice: $20 / $16 for members  \n\n\n\n\nGet Tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWalking Tour(see details below)\n\n\n\n\n\nBEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET\, PLEASE NOTE:\n\n\n\n\nTickets: There is no need to print tickets! Attendees will be checked in by name. \n\n\n\nWhere To Go: Check-in takes place at the Main Entrance on Fifth Avenue and 25th Street (500 25th Street). \n\n\n\nAccessibility & Safety: Walking tour routes cover hilly\, grassy\, and uneven terrain. This tour is not accessible for those using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and may be difficult for those with balance or other mobility issues. There is no place to sit down during the tour. We strongly encourage attendees to wear suitable footwear. \n\n\n\nA Little More About Safety: Unless there is a medical emergency\, it may be difficult to exit quickly during the tour. DESCRIPTION:Most of our decisions around end-of-life not only involve answering the big questions\, but also handling complex paperwork. This program offers practical and accessible guidance on the documents that help ensure our wishes are known (both for ourselves and others). Designed for adults at any stage of life\, this series emphasizes empowerment to combat feelings of overwhelm.  \n\n\n\nParticipants will learn from lawyers\, estate planners\, and end-of-life care practitioners about essential documents such as advance directives\, health care proxies\, wills\, powers of attorney\, and other planning tools.
