Guided Tours

Jeff Richman has been leading tours of the cemetery for 13 years. We are pleased that Jeff, starting in fall 2002, will be leading the "official" tours of the Green-Wood Historic Fund. John Cashman is also an expert on the history of The Green-Wood Cemetery and offers serveral tours throughout the year.

Big Onion Walking Tours also provides a unique tour of the cemetery.

Justin Ferate has been conducting tours of Green-Wood Cemetery for 20 years. He has worked with the Brooklyn Historical Society, the Municipal Art Society, the New York Public Library, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Victorian Society in America and Cooper Union.
