Shipping:

All items purchased will be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground services. Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries. If you would like your order rushed, please email us at info@greenwoodcemetery.org to check on availability, and confirm.

Returns or Exchanges:

We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. All packages must be returned in the original condition, and preferably in the original shipping packaging, in order to receive a full refund for that purchase(s).

Credit will be issued for all returns within 7 to 14 days from the day of the receipt of the package(s). Please include a copy of the confimation e-mail sent to you as a receipt with the return package. Please note, all return freight/ shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless there is a defect with the product. For returned items, you will receive store credit for the price of the original item, minus the original cost of shipping.

Memberships to The Historic Fund, donations made to The Historic Fund or Cemetery or the purchase of any Special Tribute via www.green-wood.com or www.greenwoodcemtery.org are not eligible for a refund of any kind.

New York State Sales Tax:

Sales Tax will be applied to all orders being shipped to New York State, in compliance with New York State online sales tax laws. Sales tax will be applied to both items purchased and the applicable shipping fee. New York State online sales tax will not be applied to memberships or donations.
